It supports multiple languages, file attachments, custom-categories for tickets, managers for each category and has an intuitive dashboard for easy access to all of BILLETS' features, including marking a ticket for follow-up and easy internal tracking and responses. User feedback is also a part of closing Support Tickets, so you are constantly hearing from your users what they think of your level of support (displayed through our handy Feedback Statistics module on the admin-side). This is not a free component, unsurprisingly: it costs £50 and this also give you one-year of free updates. |
