BILLETSBILLETS is a Support Ticket and Help Desk component, initially built for a company's own website and as a result it has undergone the intense pressures of supporting their users (now 22,000+ strong) and has since been released to the community.

BILLETS is simple, intuitive, powerful and clean. It supports multiple languages, file attachments, custom-categories for tickets, managers for each category and has an intuitive dashboard for easy access to all of BILLETS' features, including marking a ticket for follow-up and easy internal tracking and responses.

User feedback is also a part of closing Support Tickets, so you are constantly hearing from your users what they think of your level of support (displayed through our handy Feedback Statistics module on the admin-side).

This is not a free component, unsurprisingly: it costs £50 and this also give you one-year of free updates.
